Editor in chief Federica Bueti describes their English-language insert, titled Bewilderment, as “a poetic journey into the life of saints, of villagers of a remote province in Southern Italy, of the carnival in Rhineland; into the self, into artistic practices in which the carnivalesque and the masquerade, the playful and the ironic, are practiced as critical modalities of engaging reality”.
